In an ongoing effort to enhance customer experience across Southeast Asia, TANG JOHN SON Ltd., Part. is steadily expanding and strengthening its service presence in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, the Maldives, and Indonesia. From May 14 to 16, 2025, Mr.Bunyarataphan and Mr. Luangarun, key technical personnel of the company, attended a comprehensive three-day training session at our Shenzhen Deutronic.
The training included the following modules:
SC500 Model: Standardized procedures for machine operation, fault diagnosis, and maintenance techniques;
DBL1200/1600 Series: Fundamentals of circuit design, fault identification, waveform signal testing, and mainboard repair.
Throughout the training, Mr. Fu from our Shenzhen team engaged in open and in-depth discussions with Mr. Nuntaphat and Mr. Sakda. Together, they explored the technical details of our products and exchanged ideas on service enhancement in an atmosphere marked by professionalism and mutual respect.
This collaboration not only strengthened the connection between our headquarters and regional teams but also enriched the foundation for delivering high-quality after-sales service in Southeast Asia.
Following the completion of the training, the service station will undergo a formal evaluation process aligned with DEUTRONIC Germany's technical standards. Upon meeting all procedural and quality requirements, the new authorized service center will be officially announced and opened to the public.
