General Service Conditions for RMA Requests

1. The completed return service request including a valid RMA number must be inserted or affixed to the outside of the return delivery package. Only deliveries marked in this way can be processed officially.
2. Every return service must be accompanied by a fault description. A rapid processing of your return service can only be achieved when detailed information is supplied. We reserve the right to return the goods unopened at the customer's cost when the Return Service Form is missing. If it is confirmed that the repair is in-warranty, the customer should pay the freight cost and related transportation premiums sent to Deutronic; and Deutronic is responsible for the freight cost and related transportation premiums when returned to the customer after the repair. If it is confirmed that it is an out-of-warranty repair, the customer shall bear all freight cost and transportation premiums.
3. The cost of transport and insurance of the returned goods shall be to the account of the sender. Insufficiently franked deliveries (for example not prepaid), will not be accepted by Deutronic Electronic Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and returned to the sender.
4. Please strictly use packing materials according to packing regulations as we cannot accept delivery of visibly damaged packages or take any responsibility for any damages incurred during transport due to inadequate packing.
